Sambrooks Brewery

Date: August to October 2021 Project value: £200,000 Mechanical and Electrical Sambrooks bought the old Youngs brewery building to set up their own brewery and tap room. District heating and chilled water mains were already present from the redevelopment works in Rams Quarter, so we utilised these to provide the required heating and cooling for the tap room via HIU and CIU equipment. Our team provided heating and cooling to the fan coil units via stainless steel pipe work. The ductwork and pipework visible was kept in an open plan style to add to the aesthetic Sambrooks wanted to provide. System controls for each fan coil were installed so each location could be controlled from one point. In a short space of time, South Coast Building Group produced an aesthetically pleasing and efficient installation ensuring customer satisfaction.
